有些會員沒收到確認信(不知道是不是指提款的時侯的確認信??)，這個問題我們已經知道了。


我們正在努力解決這個問題，希望能儘快讓系統恢復正常。


當這個問題被解決時，我們將會在這裡發一個訊息通知大家，讓有需要的人可以重新作一次提款的申請。


我們感謝大家在這件事情上面的體諒。

We are aware of an issue where some validation emails not being received, we are working on fixing this issue and hope to have it resolved ASAP.
